  4. Flags is a Windows 3.1 patience game, written in Borland's "Turbo 
  5. Pascal for Windows" v1.5.

  8. INSTALLATION
  9. ------------
  10. Unzip FLAGS15.ZIP into a directory. Use file manager to create an icon in 
  11. Program Manager, by dragging FLAGS.EXE to a Program Manager group.
  12.  
  13. Flags requires PATIENCE.DLL to be in the same directory, or in the 
  14. \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory to run. If more than one of my patience games is 
  15. installed, place them in the same directory, so that only a single 
  16. PATIENCE.DLL file is required.
